2nd Alarm Project. ("us", "we", or "our") operates this mobile application (the "Service" and the “app”).

Because of the sensitive nature of this app, we have designed this app so that no personal data (i.e., name, contact information, contacts) is collected. Although the app does not capture personal data, there are instances when the app provides external resources with distinct privacy policies where your personal information could be collected.

Specifically: Third-Party Websites, Applications, or Service Providers.

The app will often hyperlink to external websites, applications, or service providers that you visit (e.g., the websites of personal therapists, suicide hotline, wellness resources). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's app or site. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites, applications, or services.

Emails: In some situations when utilizing the app, you will have the ability to tap to email an individual or organization (e.g., a peer support member or chaplain). In those situations, your email editor or email application will launch and you will have the ability to send an email. When sending an email, you are outside the app. We highly recommend that you do not send any information that you are not comfortable sharing with the recipient or others.

Phone Calls: In some situations when utilizing the app, you will have the ability to tap to call an individual or organization (e.g., a therapist or peer support member). When the call is made, you are outside the app.

Mapping Applications: In some situations when utilizing the app, you will have the ability to tap to get directions to a facility or office. When this occurs, you are outside the app.

Changes to This Privacy Policy: We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. We will let you know via a notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "effective date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
